LUV LOLA REWARDS

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Luv Lola Rewards! 💕 We're excited to reward our customers for shopping with us and being part of the Luv Lola community.

1. Membership

Luv Lola Rewards is a free loyalty program. Customers must create an account on luvlolalooks.com to participate, earn Lola Hearts, and redeem rewards.

2. Earning Lola Hearts

Members can earn Hearts through the following activities:

  • Shopping: Earn 1 Heart for every $1 spent on eligible products.

  • Signing Up: Receive 50 Hearts for creating a site account.

  • Birthday Bonus: Receive 100 Hearts annually on your birthday when your birthday information is provided.

  • Social Media: Earn 25 Hearts for eligible visits to Luv Lola's participating social media profiles through our rewards page, subject to Wix's earning limits. This reward is limited to one time per social media platform, per member account. Duplicate points awarded for the same platform, whether due to a technical error, system malfunction, or repeated activity, are not valid. Luv Lola reserves the right to review and remove any duplicate or incorrectly awarded Lola Hearts without prior notice.

Additional promotional opportunities may be offered periodically.

3. Redeeming Lola Hearts

Members may exchange their accumulated Hearts for the following discounts:

Lola Hearts Reward Minimum Order

250 Hearts = $10 OFF | $50 minimum purchase

500 Hearts = $25 OFF | $100 minimum purchase

750 Hearts = $40 OFF | $150 minimum purchase

1,000 Hearts = $60 OFF | $200 minimum purchase

Hearts earned from refunded or canceled purchases will be deducted from the member's balance. Any refund involving a redeemed reward will be handled according to Luv Lola's applicable refund policies and the loyalty program's technical capabilities.

6. Program Updates

Luv Lola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards program, including earning opportunities and redemption values, subject to applicable law. Changes will be communicated when required.

Rewards are available only to eligible Luv Lola Rewards members. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Rewards and Hearts are nontransferable. Shipping charges and applicable taxes remain the customer's responsibility. Reward Restrictions & Adjustments: Only one discount, promotional code, or loyalty reward may be applied per order. Luv Lola Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, promotional offers, or loyalty rewards unless expressly stated otherwise. Luv Lola reserves the right to review, adjust, or remove any Lola Hearts, discounts, or rewards that have been issued, earned, redeemed, or applied in error or in violation of these Terms & Conditions. If multiple discounts or rewards are applied to an order due to a website error or system limitation, Luv Lola reserves the right to correct the order before fulfillment. This may include removing unauthorized discounts, adjusting the order total, or contacting the customer to arrange payment of any outstanding balance. If the issue cannot be resolved, Luv Lola may cancel the affected order and issue a refund of the amount paid. The successful application of an incorrect discount or reward at checkout does not make it valid under the terms of this program.
